My YouTube video about the same topic

SAP SuccessFactors is a hot topic and there is a consistent demand for SuccessFactors consultants in the job market.

There are SuccessFactors certifications offered by SAP but they cost thousands of dollars and before you start spending money on those courses, I would suggest you look at these four websites through which you will be able to learn SuccessFactors for free.

  • SAP communities
  • SAP Help portal
  • SAP learning.
  • YouTube

Let’s take a look at these websites one by one.

The first one is SAP community (https://community.sap.com)

SAP Community is an online platform where members, including developers, consultants, and users, can collaborate, share knowledge, and seek help related to SAP software and solutions. The SAP Community includes various forums, blogs, and resources where individuals can discuss SAP-related topics, ask questions, and share their expertise.

Members can participate in discussions, access tutorials, and stay updated on the latest developments in the SAP ecosystem. The SAP Community website is a valuable resource if you want to learn about an SAP product and also get some help from the community.

SAP Help Portal (https://help.sap.com/docs/)

SAP Help Portal is not as interactive as SAP Community Portal but it still offers a good amount of documentation and guides using which you will be able to learn SuccessFactors.

As soon as you logon to the SAP Help Portal page, you will see a bunch of topics and under HR and People Engagement, you will see the topics related to SuccessFactors.

Select the “SAP SuccessFactors Platform” topic. Under the “What’s New” section, you will be able to find information about the latest functionalities that are included as part of the new SuccessFactors release. Then you have plenty of guides related to implementing SuccessFactors. As you go down, you can see the topics related to Integration, Security, Administration, End-user information and development.

SAP learning (https://learning.sap.com)

SAP learning portal has got plenty of content both free and paid ones. A lot of them are free. The SAP learning portal is well known for it’s high-quality video tutorials. In fact, you might have heard about OpenSAP which is going to be migrated into SAP Learning Hub soon.

Anyway, let’s take a glimpse at the content that is available for SuccessFactors.

Search for SuccessFactors in the search bar. And you will notice that there is plenty of content available for that topic.

To start with, select the “Exploring SAP SuccessFactors Solutions” learning journey. If you scroll down on that page, you will be able to see the course content categorised into various units.

Once completed, there might be a quiz or a small test and if you pass, you will be able to get a record of achievement.

YouTube

YouTube is a great place to learn. There are so many YouTube videos available through which you will be able to learn about SuccessFactors.

In fact, when you go to YouTube and search “What is SAP SuccessFactors”, the first video you will see is the “What is SuccessFactors” video that I posted on my channel about a year ago. If you haven’t seen it already, please do, here is the link (https://youtu.be/JbOhstB2Wik). It contains a high-level overview of SAP SuccessFactors and the different types of modules it contains.

I hope you found this blog helpful. Please share it with your friends who might benefit from the content.
